Ok everyone i managed to get it sorted. Thanks for your help anyway!
I moved the power steering oil cooler to the front of the intercooler which alowed me to move it back a further 3"!
it looks great now! Il put up some pics tonight!

sorry i din get back sooner. its a tall one. took most of the bumper suport out to get it up th same height as the cross member! its ebay universal one! i realy dont wanna bodge the good oe bumper but if i have to i just have to! ther must be something out there to suit? im gonna go out tomorrow and...

Im interested in the rear subframe and mounts! Have you got all the bolts and brackets? Also do you have the brackets and mounts for the front subframe? Il need them delivered though mate? A price on the lot please with courier charges!

I have fmic fitted but dont want to bodge the perfectly good bumper! The spots and alot of the curve between the spots and the mouth will have to be removed to fit on! Can anyone sort me out with a suitable replacement? Preferably taihiti blue, will pay extra for this colour in good condition! Thanks

ok im looking for a drivers window motor for a 94 coupe turbo! Its a jap import if that makes any difference! Any info on where i could get one would be great as ive just hit wall after wall and i need it to nct it or its off the road for good!

If you're going to buy a MK2 ZS with the sole intention of T16'ing it, don't get a 180. They're a higher tax band than the 1.6/1.8 which you'll be stuck with. There's a fair difference on purchase price too between the 1.6/1.8 & V6 too, the only difference (that will apply!) is the bigger brake...

For the money you will spend on the v6 engine :scared: You still have the issues of the unreliable inlet manifold The problem doesnt go away and is £500 a time for the inlet and £80 odd pound each motor ( 2 ) Spend your pennies on a t16 if your determined to spend money. No. 210bhp is your limit on a kv6 tbh - without spending £00000s cams filter full system with manifolds The engine will then need lots of money thrown at it to get any higher. I would rather leave the 2.5 engine in to be honest, total waste of time and money to gain 20 bhp + weight + lag :? i only want the t16 for upgrade capabilities! can u upgrade a 180 as high? You can upgrade anything as high ;) Max power on a T16 is 250 ish , i rekon with a supercharger you wouldnt ...
