unplug battery and leave off for 15 - 20 mins before starting the job after that disconnet yellow srs plug from under the steering column , then on the back of the steering wheel should be 2 or 3 screws which are normally torx or hex headed which have to undone to release the airbags and remove/hand...

Im not quite sure on what my C/R is because I didn't have enough time to test heads cc's , But the head had a light skim (I think the first ever), the block had 0.25" Thou off and the O pistons were kept the same just de-coked. I'll check next time it blows a HG or when I next take the head off...

Last week i just put my Coupe on the dyno with my M/O combo engine in it (which had still only covered 550 km's) and that pulled 121 Kw at the front hubs. Thats with a Gti-R T28 , Fmic with 2.5" piping and with standard exhaust and cat , The boost peaked at 12.6 psi then dropped to 10.5 - 11.5 ...

The Top bearings with the c ring notch can still be obtained in steel format, they are all stocked honda gearbox item lines , I managed to source most of the bearings from the usa from honda part suppliers.

The integra type r is a great car to start off with , it handles its easy to work on and maintain and being a honda it will take a thrashing and will be reliable as fook. I also have a 1997 prelude type s (dyno read 124 kw at the front wheels) and that does shift for a heavy car but it feels like a ...

Yeh, I couldnt source these bearings from New Zealand (well I could but would of cost $252 each) so had to get them from the states for about $28 usd each.

ah yeh , well I found quite a few places to get these and I think $5 extra over the Polymide caged ones better to be safe than sorry

All of the DOHC Vtec engines are GREAT engines and even the Sohc Vtec D15b is a hoot, you can thrash them all day any day and they will happily take it. I dont think the coupe can wear anything carbon fibre tbh and i think that the dc5 spoiler is a bit to round for the coupe,make sure the spoiler will fit the bootlid first.
Im in the process of fitting an evo 7 spoiler to my coupe and it fits the boot perfecty.
