Re: ABS lamp is on - no error code - MEMS 1,6 - Rover 220 Tu

Post a picture of the ABS Block.
220 Turbo Coupe should be the Bosch ABS2e with it´s own connector (Drawing B according to the Testbook Manual).
It´s a more or less square 2 or 3 Pin one, sorry can´t remember

I hooked up my ZR160 to the T1 and fully warmed up on idle the MAP sensor reads about 37-38 kPa.

Re: Value within spec ?

Is it possible that you have a small air leak somewhere, 45kPa pressure in the inlet manifold and the stepper issue....
I think on my K in the ZR160 the pressure was about 37kPa when hot and on idle.

Re: Value within spec ?

Hmm..then maybe you should take the whole throttle valve (?) and the idlevalve out and clean it all up and then try to adjust the stepper.
The idlevalve can get dirty over time:

Re: Value within spec ?

When the engine races, the ECU doesn´t recognize the throttle position as closed any more. So a stepper motor reset is required, switch engine of than ignition on setting two and push the gas pedal times completely down and let if full, repeat the "pumping" 5 times. The ECU will than relea...

Re: Value within spec ?

Testbook just tells you in which direction to turn the screw to get in the range of 25-30. Additionally it sets the TPHOTPOT to the new value of the stepper motor which you just adjusted. If PScan can´t adjust the value, the ECU will learn it in the next few miles. And yes, a correctly adjusted step...

Re: Value within spec ?

Adjust the throttle stop screw until it´s around 25-30 on a fully warmed up engine without any load on the alternator.

Re: Value within spec ?

With a fully warmed up engine and no load on the alternator, the steppermotor should be around 25 steps on idle.

Re: Raspberry Pi and/or alternatives

The Pi will decode H.264 on the GPU, so no problem playing 1080p content.
Downmix from DTS to PCM if the TV / Stereo can´t decode DTS won´t work smoothly as the ARM is too slow.
Downmix from AC3 to PCM works OK for me.
