Lumenition K400 Remappable K Series ECU

I am selling my Lumenition ECU as the money is currently needed elsewhere on the Elise. It can be mapped for most (if not all solid cam 16v K series engines), even with the different flywheel/gearbox combinations. It's as good as an Emerald, the only difference is that I don't think the maps on a Lu...

Re: Cayman Blue 620ti, lowered

Arrghhh, I replied to PMs but completely forgot to check the thread! Nice to see you on here too Dan, just a pity I'm relieving myself from ti ownership for the time being. The mileage is around 85k, I'm in the mood where I'll accept £800 with the vitesses, £650 without. If it's not on its way out o...

Cayman Blue 620ti, lowered - SOLD

I am selling my 620ti as I've just bought a new car and it's always been a bit big for my needs. It's a 1999 V plate in lovely Cayman Blue with full coding. There are a couple of minor dents on her, one on the front OS wheel arch and one on the rear NS wheel arch with a little rust patch underneath ...

Love peeing chavs off sometimes.
If they're up my arse in their shitty 1.0 Corsa or Saxo and we go from a 30 to a 60, I'll only floor it and embarrass them if they look like they're going to overtake, otherwise it's 25 all the way!!!. :P

That'd be a good idea, but loads of oldies wouldn't be able to use it and it would probably end up taking them longer...

Radio earlier said that Shanghai Automotive had put in a 'generous' bid and that they were planning to take some of the Longbridge equipment to China and produce some different cars in Longbridge... I suppose they might have worked out a way to build some Asian cars over here to save on shipping or ...

Did Honda help design the K-series at all? Ps. more news of the ignorance ... I mentioned today to my firends that the Elise uses(used?) a 1.8 K-series and that Caterhams and other cars have used Rover engines. They wouldn't believe me that Lotus (a good make) would use an engine from Rover (a logge...

I don't think that they were registered chronologically...
I seem to remember somebody who bought one new saying that he got to pick the reg.
I'm not sure about how many FDHs there are, but there's a list of all of the ones that we know about here:

The ignorance is certainly wide-spread. My Dad was trying to assure me today that my 1.6 K-series is a Honda engine, and that the vast majority of Rovers had Honda engines... Hmm, what was the whole deal with the Honda and Rover engines anyway? Which Rover engines were considered better than Hondas ...

I HATE filling my 600 up it clunks all the time. You get weird looks, they make me cry , I know how you feel... The first time I filled the Coupe up, I had no idea what was going on when it kept clicking off... Took me about 10 minutes to put £5 of petrol in!!! I never had a problem in the Metro, ...

I'm 19, just got a 216 Coupe, in my own name, I've been driving just over a year and I've done my Pass Plus, my insurance was about £700, that was £270 more than I was paying for my 1.1 Metro!

Ring ASDA car insurance, they were good for me...
