Flame red 620ti N 96 reduced to £550 ono

due to being issued with a company car, the Ti must go. It is a mid facelift 1996 N reg, with all later type differences such as wasted spark engine but doesnt have body coloured mirrors and air con. Been family owned (by my mother) since 2000, and well looked after. dealer service history to about ...

Ti centre and rear box

Hi, could do with a centre box and rear box for the old Ti, anyone out there who's uprated theirs and are looking to get rid of the old one? (so long as its in reasonable condition) Ideally the later flange type, but I may be prepared to take an earlier one and weld it up. Can collect from most plac...

98 RON

First off Ive used 97 a few times in my Ti and noticed a slight increase in performance and economy, but was always unsure as to whether I could justify using it all the time so i stuck with standard 95, however I put some 98 RON in it the other day as it was cheap, and the difference has definatly ...

Ive a 620 ti, my mum (thats right) owned it for 6 years, (she had a blue tickford 820 before that) then went to get a newer one so i snaffled the old. i think the shock on the bmw drivers faces etc when they cant get past you makes it well worthwhile. I used to have a montego turbo that did 20mpg on...

My bad luck that led to some finds

My drivers side window managed to come out of its guides yesterday, as they do, so after dismantiling teh door card to get at it, I thought I'd sorted it, however it wasnt sat in the rubber properly. the result??? ... the window shattered, lovely. anyway after goignto the scrap yard, ive found a 620...

Happy today

Might have been well annoyed that my sump gasket sprang a leak straight after the car was in for gearbox surgery, costing me another £100 but the good news is, that the mechanic was startled to see that despite 110,000 miles, the sump was spotless, as was the oil strainer! just goes to show those 6...

I believe its a much fairer system, if you own more than one car you cant drive more than one of them at any one time, but you have to tax them all. Also since officially speaking the tax is for the maintenance of the highways (HA) then those that do more miles, and cause more wear on the roads woul...
