Dibbed a item back in dec 2010 offered to pay holding cash or full said no worries so didn't pay

asked again in feb is still on for mar/apr yeah no worries parts still yours

So come apr 22nd i see the part for sale with

Some one put dibs on the a while back but i can remeber who, so if you come forward thn you are first.

listed at 4.29pm at 6.08pm i said thats me and awaited PM 2 days later after trying to bump the topic i found out been sold as of today no reply to why or even a sorry

You had your chance to PM me when you made the post claiming it was you that in the for sale thread, you didn't. I assumed you lost interest.
Yes you came forward and said it was you, but you didn't take it any futher by means of PM. and if you did at the time of you post in the thread then they would be yours.

I was waiting on you PM'ing me and you were waiting on me PM'ing you is a fair statement.

I'm not making any futher comments on this as its a feedback thread and not for debating

and if its any consolation, i apologise.

A misunderstanding. Kevin has had excellent feedback in his time and I would gather your post must have been overlooked Carl. In all honesty it was up to you to PM Kevin. If you want something, you chase it. You can't expect the seller to chase you.

I trust you contacted Kevin with your complaint before you posted here? Given the seller a chance to rectify/apologise/defend himself?

Once you have those answers, Mods can be contacted via private message and I don't want to see any further comments on this thread by anyone unless its related to a sale or purchase by this member.
