I recommend you make gaskets from the neoprene from a mousemat, doubled up and use loctite on the securing bolts.
I got some neoprene gaskets from a member on here and while they lasted they seemed ok. Once the fixing bolts came undone slightly the gaskets were easily blown out of the gaps and I lost boost pressure. Spoilt my trip to the Lakes especially on the way home when the car was idling pretty badly.
Once home, I made up new gaskets, ensured the bolts stayed tight and I've not had any problems since. The car is currently boosting at 15 psi max and the gaskets have held firm. If you need new gaskets, a 99p mousemat will make 4 gaskets, 2 of each shape.

I was going to see if I could salvage what gaskets come off the original but if I can't will go down the mouse matt route

Thanks for the heads up will get some lock tite for the bolts too.

nowt worse than a leaking gasket I shouldn't be boosting much over 15 psi so hopefully should be all good.

I used loctite to secure some stainless studding into the bolt holes. Just use some nylock nuts and they won't go anywhere. Some thread lock on the bolts into the manifold itself would be good though.

If the gaskets included aren't useable (they should be) some decent gasket paper will be suitable.

There are no gaskets on the original bracket as it's made of rubber and the bolts are part of the assembly. The rubber makes the seal with the manifold and the throttle body. You only need gaskets when you use the alloy bracket. I used cut down bolts to make the studs. I had to grind down the flanges on the other fixing bols to get them to fit but they work ok.

I'm sure the gasket will be fine, there's a paper gasket on at the moment, would be good to use some thread lock but I'm sure nylocks will do the job. I plan on using the T series block as a donor for the M series one. All being well everything should be fine.

iv got a m series breather but this has 4 outlets so plan to run a pipe from either side of the rocker cover to a couple of the outlets then probably get a catch can and run the remaining two outlets to the catch can.

threadlock the 3 nuts going into the manifold, but yes the 4 nylocks will hold the TB on fine
