Not watched it for a few years but might get back into this season to see how the MG6 gets on.

I'm the same. Might see if I can catch some of the qualifying online tomorrow!

Is the race streamed online anywhere? Doesn't have to be live, not like I'm going to stumble upon the race result like when I try to watch the F1 after it's happened!

There's a link to the Saturday qualifying online at ITV.com and the racing is live on tv/online. I've already made space on my HD/DVD recorder for the races.

ITV.com will be streaming the qualifiers and ITV4 the whole BTCC meeting on Sunday, commencing 11:00 am. This includes the Ginetta junior series, Clio Cup (I think) and all three BTCC races.

http://www.itv.com/btcc for the main site and

http://www.itv.com/btcc/live/ for the qualifying and races.

Jason Plato driving like a man possessed !!

Finished on the 3rd row with 6th place, 4/10ths off pole, Well Done Jason !!

11am-6pm on ITV 4, that's a lot of coverage! And going by the amount of averts they were showing through Spartacus earlier tonight, I'm sure they're going to take the biscuit with that through the coverage. Gives me something to watch during my last 2 hours at work though :^^:

4th and only just slower than the BMW, I'd be tweaking the boost by 1psi.
I'd prefer Jason to finish all three races rather than blow the much needed running data on a lunge for a podium.

However ... Come On Jason !!

And a podium! :D

Not impressed when Plato took out the Vectra either, he should've backed out when the gap started to close. That said though, the MG seems to be a very good car :)

Think I'll be following the BTCC for the first time ever now, comes in pretty handy too with the Beebs lack of proper F1 coverage this year!

That new commentator seems to have been studying (and passed) the Murray Walker commentating course.

Can't wait until rounds 4 - 6.

Yeah good stuff. Was planning to go to the next round at Donny anyway, so should be interesting, and as close as usual.
