216 GTi won't start

My GTi is having an off day

Any suggestions guys?

I got fuel, got power and a spark, but it wont start

Will swap the PGMFI relay over and see what happens. May also buy a spare dissy, as I do not have one for a D16.

duno if this helps but on my gti i have a fuel cut of switch the car was tikin over just not firein up i took my head unit out and noticed the switch was up as it was showin red i put it down then my car started up

the only time the 216gti never started was when the battery was flat, when the pgmfi relay was fubarred, and when the car was left for months outside in the snow.

LIBERAL wd40 everywhere, leads / dizzi, , and it started even on a well flat battery. If it doesnt start after checking those, then somethings fubarred, the distinctive sound of a honda starting, you always know its gonna start on its first fire....

fuel pump should prime, if it isnt, then suspect pgmfi relay / fuel cut / fuse
