Same interior

Sterling = softer suspension setup, different alloys, cruise control Dodgy 2.5 KV6 engines

Vitesse = Hard to find one that hasnt been raped, no cruise control, firrmer suspension, easier to work on, higher Ins group

Chaz, you blasphemous youngster you. There are barges and then there are barges. Then there's the barges on the canal too.
Some barges are faster than others. Some have many horses and then some have less horses. Some are sculptures and some are living works of art. Some will rise from the dead and some will go to heaven in a blaze of glory.

So endeth the sermon.

also C27 and T16 engined sterlings. I've also found the sterlings tend to have lighter coloured interiors.

There were a few 2.0 sterlings, and only the very early sterlings had the 2.7 C27 honda engine post 96 models came with the not very robust KV6

There are a quite a few, but not as many as the 2.5s, as the pre 96 ones were relativly alot more expensive, and to be honest the suspension wasnt as good as the post 96 models

There are manual sterlings about - mostly C27 engines. If you want a V6 coupe I'd find a C27 one. They were made until very early 96 so it won't be ancient. Bodywork will be olderos make sure it's been looked after, and will probably be higher mileage. They will do 300+K miles though.

For some reason the front arches on later 800's seem to rust quicker than older ones, so an older 827 might not be any worse than an 97/98 825.
