hi can any one tell me if a 1.4 16v manifold and down pipe will fit a 1.4 8v rover 200 chers

Most Metro's are 8v k-series, the exhuast manifolds are the same, not sure if the down pipes are.

No, the 8v and 16v heads are completely different and so the manifolds and downpipes are completely incompatible.
