How much should I expect to pay?

Hi
I'm a newbie here and I'm currently in the market for a Rover 220 Gti Turbo. How much should I expect to pay for a genuine turbo one should I find one?. Ideally I would be looking for a standard car or one that any modifications could be reversed

If anyone could give me a ball park price of what I would expect to pay, it would be appreciated

The gti version rare bud unless you got decent money for mint one you will probably looking for one needing work as I've found out mine was cheep but needs full respray and had to fit new tank and pump check my thread if not already done I think (will2c has Greg's old one as well )

Many thanks for the reply, yes I had read the post and a few others on here. I'm glad a few still survive and are in sympathetic hands. Most cars that age will need a respray, if not for tinworm , replacement panels that are a shade or 2 out. So that cost stands practically irrespective of condition
