Cheap insurance company

A mate of mine is coming to the UK from Aus, he has bought a MG ZR160 but has no British no claims and his cheapest quote for 3rd party is 1900 GBP.

Sky insurance worth trying tell him to fully explain his driving history and any no claims he has in Aus and how he coming to UK ect tell him it's best to sit and send them an email explaining it all and they will help I would of thought.

When my van got wrote off no fault of mine my insurance company at the time wanted £1500 to insure my evo 8 what I changed to I just down phone at them.

I contacted sky via email was upfront with them how I had recently been involved in a none fault accident gave them details of my driving history and vehicles I have owed and came back £400 a year fully comp.

It just shows there are good insurance companies out there who will listen to what you have to say and judge the case accordingly so they come recommended from me

Adrian flux or Chris knott I surance are usually very competitive.
Saying that I'm now with admiral lol.

I'd just recommend to do the full shop around online first and then by phone following that to drive the price down...sometimes can take a good few hours but that's time well spent if it saves a large sum.
