Absolutely right!

They all have the gray lower halves and gray plastic bumpers - probably to distinguish it from the higher 220GSI and 216GTI models... of course - you could always do what Ive done and fit later/coupe bumpers and have the gray resprayed ( ... yes I know thats a lot of effort ) which I will be doing v.v.v.soon !

I'm much happier with this car than I was with my 5-door 214 SLi :D

irc the 214s came in single solid colour with grey bumpers. Unfortunately the 214s sported an 8valve carb fed k series.

car is looking great already sweet,

will look class once finished

We used to have a 1994 3 door 214, british racing green over grey, a guy hit us changing lane and some body work needed done, so while the side was resprayed my uncle did the body all the same colour, and made the bumper strips gloss black all round, with colour coded bumpers, 3 doors look sweet colour coded,

am i the only one who thinks they look a little out of proportion from the side? something to do with the rear side windows??

Warren.

Had no electric windows or sunroof as standard, but came with a very low ratio gearbox and the gti front splitter. It had the 16v mpi engine
