a M.A.D powered saph cossie did 201.8 mph within the confines of Bruntingthorpe
201.8mph run was done at 635ish bhp + 130 shot nos
heres the engine dyno figures for the car (still only a 2.1 and no nos on dyno)

a new cossie top speed record was set yesterday
Yesterday .... look at the dates and data on the document copies ....
and another thing:
300 rpm PER second! That's 3000 rpm per TEN seconds - that's 18,000 rpm per minute - Formula one stuff!
Or, have I missed summat ..

Since when is a top speed run done on a rolling road ????
Ish just posted them up to give an idea of the power of the engine
not quite sure about the rest of it 300rpm/sec is nothing amazing

That means that on the RR it was accelerating at a rate of 300rpm every second.
It doesn't mean it was doing 300 rev's a second. It was doing 300 Revs Per Minute every second.

IMO the3 best thing about this car is that it dont look different from a normal cossie. Man that must shock a lot of fast cars on the road.
How expensive are those spares ......you must be joking this is a ROVER you know
