emails from rovertech

i get a lot of rubbish emails, but ive had a few from bjorn@rovertech lately.
obviously not from bjorn as they have very little text in them and an attachment.

any reason for that?

sounds like a virus.
don't open the attachment.
I have been receiving these for months now.
I think we should all run antivirus software on our PC's cos i'm getting pissed off with them now...

Sounds like a virus. But the really confusing thing is the email may not have come from Rovertech at all!

I've had this at work with our customers, they have a virus that reads their address book / inbox, gets an email addy, then creates an email that looks like it has come from someone else!

Delete them, update your AV software is best bet.

Someone has a virus that has bjorn's rovertech email address along with yours.

I got emails from almost every member of another forum I'm a member of. They all come with very little text and an attachement containing a virus. So just throw them away and get a good spam/virus filter for your email.

More than likely from a webcrawler thats grabbed all the Email addys from
the website, they use random ones as the reply path.
I get them here at work sent from us to ! Even though we have various levels
of cover they get sent from works addy.

Everyday i get about 6 emails from plus.net telling me they have quaranteened another email. It doesnt say its from email addresses related to this forum just gives an IP address. But i only use this email on this fourm so must be some relation :cry:

Most annoying.
