I want a 90 degree elbow for my air filter. Does anyone have one spare ?? (in red preferably)
If not does anyone know what size i should get???

Oh its a 98 420 GSi nasp. T series. Assume will be same size as the turbo engine??

its 70mm directly on the throttle body.

It says 76mm, not 70. So it won't fit (straight away).

Didnt think 6 mm would make all the difference once clamped on.
Could i squeeze a 68mm one on then.

Yeah should be able to get a 68mm on.
I would have imagined. Silicone hoses seem to have a fair amount of give.
Saying that though mate you can buy 70mm hoses.

It's cheaper on demon tweeks at £19.70
Before i buy it does anyone know anywhere cheaper or does anyone have a 70mm bore samco 90 degree hose in red???
Will consider any colours!!!!

you sure you want a 90degree pipe? from what ive seen that will either put the filter on top of the abs block or the dizzy cap.
how about a 45degree one instead?

Heh heh could be good in the summer stick it in front of the 2 air vents then stick the aircon on
instant cold air feed.

if you move the battery into the boot you would have a lot more space to play with
but yeah 45 degree would be a lot better than a 90 on there.

i have just bought a 90 degree piece like samco from
www.burtonpower.com came today they sent it yesterday they do blue and red 70mm £21.03 to my door, fitted it thismorning fits straight to the K&N with a piece of tubing from ebay looks nice I will get a pic.
