its sad good old rover gone but never forgotten! ive seen pics of one plant in the news paper couple of months ago it showed u pictures of rover that where parked out side the worshop just left sitting there finished/unfisnished windows smashed rubbish all chucked in them! sad very sad on another note who/how have they got those pictures unless they accidentley just happen 2break and think ou il take su pics! id love to go there and see where my coupe was built!
i live less than a mile away and drive past it every day i recon a week and most will be all down
directly opposite they have already half done a bare structure (steel girders) of a new buisness park so wouldnt have thorght that the bits of the old factory that they are knocking down will be flat for to long
Looks very 1960's in there dont it Really sad shame to be honest And the way this country is going its not long before other businesses go down the drain

No mate I've sad it all along there will never be any cars built a longbridge
It's not the fault of the Chinese, it's the great British public who are ultimatly to blame. Domestic produce needs to be given support, but most people just slated it (incorrectly) and bought cheap imported cars.
Then they'll mother hen and moan that we have no industry left in this country

The new ones are being built in the newer part of the factory further down the road. It has been confirmed
