Going into hibernation...

Just found a garage locally to put the coupe to bed till the spring, decided there was no point in me and the missus doing 20 miles a week each in our two cars. So for the next few months I have traded in the Rover for my missus' Megane coupe in bright yellow, and will therefore also be moonlighting as a hairdresser
Will miss the coupe but its due its 60k service and various bits and bobs which I could do without just before chrimbo so think this makes sense. I think!

It's a good plan.
Ross a mate and I pay 12.50 a week each for a barn and can use whatever space we like in it, dead cheap I think. Also it gives us room to do bits and pieces on the cars.
Sorry for the hijack

The garage is being privately leased to a mate who has moved away so no longer needs it, the lease is up in May I think so I may take over from him then. Its only about £250 a year which is about a third what the council demand for one of their lockups! Pretty hard to come by around here tho...

WTF is the point of a 4WD rally bred car with oodles of grip that stays off the road when it gets a little wet? I bet they then drive round FWD cars with skinny tyres... ah the logic

Well skinny tyres are fine up to 60
