220 Turbo Coupe
Gutted to be doing this but i have no space and another car on the way, i've owned this car for 6 years and still love it to bits.
The car is a n plate registered in 1998, its only done a genuine 55k miles(used as a weekend car) and runs very nicely, the overal condition is good, the interior is excellent condition its has a bubble dash with aluminium brm dash strip, heater control panel and knobs, stainless metal monkey dials with red needles and all back lit with blue leds. The black leater seats have virtually no visible wear. There is also a richbrook steering wheel, gear knob and hand brake handle.
The cars body work is not so good, unfortunately a couple of years ago during strong winter winds a few roof tiles fell on the car causing a few dents and scratches tothe roof, boot, bonet etc not really that bad but it was very good condition before hand, and then more recently it was caught in the heavy hail storm which caused a number of dents over the whole car (not as bad as some i've seen) I was going to get the car repainted after the tile damage and even purchased 5 litres of paint and lacquer (these are included in the sale which cost almost £150). Don't let this put you off i probably make it sound worse than it is, as theres no rust al the arches are fine.
She is fitted with poly bushes front to back, gaz coilovers with front alloy spherical bearing topmounts, large front brembo brakes from the group buy fitted with ferodo ds2500 pads, zs 180 rear brakes with stainless hose's all round, oz superleggera wheels (excellent condition, one has a little curbing) fitted with nearly new yokohama Paradaspec 2 tires, magnex exhaust with cat replacement pipe (cat included for mot), she has a front strut brace, rear upper and lower strut braces.
The engine is really quite standard apart from the massive fiter, aluminium radiator(from the group buy), manual boost controller, silver storm stainless coolant pipes and samco hose's and a few roverdose shiney bits. It also a battery to boot conversion using 0 gauge wire, 6500k hid head lights, 10" sub in the boot and upgraded front door speakers.
The water pump was recently changed and the air con serviced, there is a slight grumble from the release bearing, i change the oil once a year myself and have a spare filter to go with it. There is also a a few spares i will include if sold for my asking price, such as a genuine rover rear spoiler and a m-series inlet manifold i'm part way polishing.
Theres probably more that i've missed, so if you want to know anything just ask.
The car is located in Leicestershire LE7
I'm looking for £1600 but i will consider sensible offers.

Re: 220 Turbo Coupe
I've had a few pm's regarding the body work, all I can say is its probably best to be viewed in person as its nearly impossible to photograph, but I'll try my best tonight after work and get some close up pictures and reply to all the pm's.
Cheers

Re: 220 Turbo Coupe
Right i've tried and these are the best i can take, one of the roof which doesn't really show much but there are a few dents and a few areas which i've touched up with a touch up brush from halfords (there are a few areas around the car that i've done this where the tiles broke throughto the primer) and the other picture(probably the worst of the dents) is on the drivers side a pillar.

also forgot to mention it also has the silverstorm matrix hose's and poly engine stabilisers.
Thanks for the kind coments

Re: 220 Turbo Coupe
There are plenty more its just very hard taking pictures of lots of small dents, that one on the pillar is one that stands out more.ghall2004 wrote:That's nothing.

Also with the suspension set up the way it is, the ride is quite firm.
