For sale MK2 Rover 820 Vitesse (R)

Looks like have to put my Vitesse up for sale.British racing green.R reg.
Just failed Mot on few things & haven't the money to get sorted at the moment.Shame i haven't anywhere to store.
The Mot is on the 16th August 13,tax 31.8.13.Only just covered the 100k.
Will put on ebay as well unless hear any decent offers first.But will take off there if anyone would like anyway.
The main is,nearside & offside (outer sill) seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded.I went to a bodywork garage & they quoted 250 if not painted to sort & 300 painted.
The main problem is labor,but hopefully there will be someone out there that knows how to or someone that could do a lot cheaper.
3 other things which garage said wouldn't be too much.
The (manifold)Exhaust has major leak of exhaust gases.
Nearside (bottom) Front suspension ball joint dust cover excessively damaged so that it no longer prevents the ingress of dirt.
Then the offside rear parking brake & efficiency below requirements.
Not sure how much worth,there doesn't seem many of these fastback vitesse models,took me years as it was.Haven't had time to work out,but £450-£650 would be good.Works out under £1000 with the work under garage,or even that for the parts alone.
So hopefully someone will be interested before the mot runs out.Then i can start saving for another.
Aircon on the climate was done last year & life saver this year.

I thought the location was under username,I'm in Rugeley Staffordshire.
For the sills i've been quoted 250 or 300 painted.
240 for the other bits,so main problem is labor.So just over 500 with mot cost
I might get through the mot then sell after the holidays,as need car with the kids at the moment.
So credit cards might get battering.
Also the Aircon as quite hot still when out & about,if got cheap runaround i doubt can get that on it.
Don't want to risk no one buying & having to scrap as i have no where to store her.I want more rovers on the road not less.
The tax is 123.75 for 6 months & 225 for 12.That is up end of the month.
So bit over 600 or 700 for 12 months mot & 6 or 12 months tax.

Just how is,but have more time to sell to right person once mot & tax done.
But Haven't the money to fix so will have to pay credit cards back after the holidays.
But be in no rush otherwise.
Hopefully i will be able to get a cheap 214 or something so still go to pol each year.Save up for another Vitesse.Though in way prefer the 220 turbo if could get climate plumbed in.
