Hi all,I am selling my Rover Vitesse Sport as I have bought a mint MG Montego.The Vitty is in superb condition ,is m-o ted until Oct 31st and taxed to end of March.Lovely metallic blue half leather recaros like new.Dump valve fitted directly on turbo ,boost gauge in pod on dash(looks great)drives excellent.I want Â£750 for a quick sale.Anyone interested can come and have a look just give me a shout and we'll make arrangements.Thanks Alan.

Mileage, pics, detail such as Klinger or not, gearbox steel caged bearinged or not etc

: Saloon or Fastback, how old etc etc

Sounds like a good car though from what you have said.

M-O-T October 31st
Taxed end of March
123000 miles(sweet as a nut)
Totally standard not messed about with car.Only mod is bolt onto turbo dump valve.and boost gauge.

mines a 97 and its got air con, i thought air con was standard from 97 onwards?

That is a very good price mate. Very tempting. Any engine probs, overheating, or smoke, rattles etc. Does the gearbox whine ? and has the clutch got plenty of bite left on it ? Drivers seat ok ? Do all the tyres have good tread on ?

Only mods are boost gauge and bolt on dump valve.No noises rattles or whines clutch is good ,engine good no rips or tears anywhere.Alan.Tyres all legal.

Nah it would be a shame to do that, stick it up on ebay.

I dont know if you'll get £750 for it, i sold mine on ebay a couple of months ago.

I drive too much like a t0553r to have a private number plate

Looks gorgeous but I couldn't afford to run it (I do 1400+ miles a month).

Ebaying it would be better - I've scrapped 3 cars now and it's a hassle. Put it on a 7/10 day auction and if you have the balls to do it go for a no reserve (do it at month end tho when ppl get paid and finish the auction on a Sunday night about 6pm - you get more that way!

List it on a thursday eve around 8-10pm, for 10 days, start 99p, no reserve, works for me every time! If it dont look like its going for enough, just have a mate to win it, you then have to pay fee's but least you dont loose car for silly money, or you mutually agree with the buyer (your mate) not to proceed with the sale, and you get your fee's back.
