rover 216sli auto breaking

Hello all, due to an upgrade i've got my old mans old shack of a 216sli for breaking, it's the sohc honda lump.

The car is to put it nicely a complete shed now but the engine is absolutely spot on. In the last 12 months i've fitted a new head gasket, water pump, cambelt kit, thermostat and i've given it 2 oil changes and it has never failed to start.

The auto box again is spot on and never misses a beat, changes smoothly and when it should etc.

I'm advertising the car for breaking, but in all honesty the only thing worth having is the lump and box as the rest of the car is starting to rot from bottom up.

If someone wants the lump and box it's yours for £150 and i'll throw the rest of the car in for free so at least you can drive it home etc

by all means mate if you take the rest of the car

i need the sensor mate as i need the car as runner incase i need to scrap it.

you can come and swap the sensor for yours if you want though.

c'mon guys i need it gone by friday and it'd be a shame to scrap the engine with the car.

I would take you up on your offer as I need to head up that way at some point anyway, but not before Friday unfortunately...

I'd whip off the distributor, clean it up and put it on ebay - they fetch silly money
