Guaging interest in breaking highish spec 220 coupe turbo

Gauging interest in breaking the coupe to see if its worth continuing or not. I wont break it unless im confident i can move 90% of the bits on fairly easily.

2.0 T16/M16 Hybrid Turbo Engine c/w
M Series Pistons
M Series Rods
Oversized Niffler Rings
Covered 5,000 miles and doesnt smoke unless you break 22/23 psi and even then your foot has to be on the floor for a while.
Built up with oil pump/sump/front housing and adaptor plate/flywheel

intercooler if it came with pipework and the spal fan¬!

possibly the bottom end as well

Ill take the engine behind Rob, to clarify, just the bottom end.

The polybush sets.

When you say they are complete. Do you mean front arms, drop links, arb mounts etc.

And the same for the rear, the trailing arm bushes and all the other bushes, the ones for the banana at the rear and the front of the trailing arm, the drop links, arb mounts, etc etc?

If so then ill take them.

You know im always able to collect at some point and can take parts for C2K/ttrw2.

Thats actually still present and correct, ive managed to get a replacement friction plate and my cover plate is ok. I just might not bother putting it back together :oops:

Right , ive made a decision.

For the time being im keeping it, i managed to get a flywheel and clutch sorted at a decent price and sorted some other niggles out quite cheaply.

If the car doesnt behave how i want it to after this then i will be re opening this thread :P

However there are a few items that im going to move on from it to recoupe costs/upgrade current items.

I will contact the folks who asked about these items via pm.

When the time does come then the prices and people who have dibs will be contacted first.

Defo keep me in mind about the skirts though! Nice skirts for the R8 are like rocking horse doo-doo.
