What make are the tyres ? How much tread ?

Two Dunlops with 5mm and 4.8mm of tread, one Federal with 3mm and one cheapo Achilles with 3mm

get or cut the tyres off sell the center caps on ebay scrap the rest
thats what im doing with all my wheels apart from iv sold the tyres off them
people want every thing for less than what u can get scrap

Considered doing that, as did that last time, used my stihil saw to cut them off but thats bust now, have tried with an angle grinder but it takes ages and about one disc per wheel. Your right about people wanting everything for nothing...been following your posts and I actually find RoverTech boys good but some of the people on the other forums are absolute k***s...I had the same hassle you are having when Ive broken my ZS not worth it anymore

so its not just me then iv been breaking cars for 20+ years and iv never had hassle like what iv had with mg/rovers iv broken 2 saabs cabs this year and not 1 piece off hassle break a r8 cab and get loads not worth it every time turn lap top on to check theres more so the lots going now its a shame there is some good people on the sites
yesterday a guy rang me off the org site asking for a gearbox i said 50+postage he offerd me a tenner plus a tenner postage when i said no he called me a f---ing c--t i get more than a tenner scrap for them
and people say i need to drop my price for the stuff by 30% thats a joke giveing the stuff away cost me more than that the cars are not free every one knows the price off scrap

Well just to reinforce our points some joker thinks I would drive 40 miles to drop off my straights and owing to the fact that he has to drive 40 miles from the other direction to meet me he will only give me £50 quid for them...not sure mate but I reckon some people think we may be running a charity!

u get 50 almost scrap for them ware do there come from must have somethink to do with the mg/rover name iv never seen anythink like it like this befor and iv broken porsche, saab, volvo, fiat ,lanica, ford, vaxhall, nissan, vw-audi bmw, (why the hell did i think i should stock pile the parts all my mates did say dont do them)
must have somethink to do with it been british and there think the parts should be free no wonder mg/rover went bust

why the hell would you want to pay decent money for parts for them when the cars themselves are worth nothing?!

its part of the reason why i own one in the first place.
