Hi,
I am trying to find some sort of way of fading text in and out on a webpage. I have found some free Java applets but I need something that can have a trasparent background.
Anyone good with this sort of thing?
Thanks

Do you want a continuous effect or just when the mouse is over the text ?

It did have a transparent background but it's changed when I saved it.
It's ok, I just put it into a web page template and it works ok.

Technically you need flash, dreamweaver is just a html/css editiorScott wrote:you need dreamweaver, its got all the tools.
creating something simple like fading between images isnt too hard to do, you can fade between a picture of some text, a blank slide, and then the other text, itd look quite professional IMO
What your talking about is Studio 8 for the latest, or Studio MX 2003/2004 for the full suit.
Whats wrong with just using an animated gif?
