Ebuyer p!ssed me off big style when I was ordering things from them during the process of my PC build, I won't be going there again. Overclockers' helpfulness and rapidity of delivery, and the prices themselves in fact, more than made up for Ebuyer's shortcomings imo.
www.overclockers.co.uk all the way for me, here on in.

I've used ebuyer for years and not had a problem. I'll be jumping ship if they expect me to go through that though...

Does seem odd for a business account! Not had any trouble with Ebuyer recently, ordered a PC case at 7pm monday, came 11 am tuesday. A few years ago though they were pretty bad and i had some trouble with RMA requests being ignored or not getting refunds promptly.

I like ARIA as well now, they do short term little offers randomly, great if you have free cash. Todays email was a 500GB samsung spinpoint hard drive for £41.

There could have been a number of reasons they did that though.... Was the address it was being delivered to the same as the one the card was registered to? :?

indeedy, I've put through many tens of thousands through them and never had a problem, or one that wasn't rectified instantly.

They also seem to sell random things like EVOs and such from time to time :?

I had the exact same from them after placing my last order, even though I have spent thousands with them. In the end I just used Google checkout, its easier.

Ditto, no way would I send out my details for buying a few pc bits.

If it was a massive order I could understand it a bit more, but £500, well, isn't.

if you sign up to AVforums.co.uk you can get a code that gives you lifetime free delivery from Scan attached to your account.

I've not paid any delivery charges from them for over a year now ;)

TBH I've never had a problem with ebuyer and I've bought quite a bit.

In several instances when I've opted for the normal 2-3 days delivery schedule it's turned up the next day so I'm happy with them so far
