I rock the Kral Puncher Breaker, great rifle for the price.

I do prefer the bullpups now I have one I must admit, took some getting used to. Altho my next rifle will be a BSA Scorpion .177 :)
Good choice of rifles there sir  can't go far wrong with either!

That's a nice looking gun how accuracy with such a short barrel or it fine for close work.

I did want to get my boy the HW100 as well but as he is small the BSA was a better option at present I can soon upgrade it later if he enjoys it but was hoping they would both do as starting rifles in the hobby and was advised they was.

same standard barrel length just further back in the stock :) so accuracy is pretty good to be fair, unlike my aiming
BSA is a cracking rifle bud, ticks all the boxes and is a very consistant shot.
target shooting or pests? Play with different pellets though, make a huge difference once you have found "the ones."
and…tighten the scope and mounts regularly, they do shake loose, even on pcp!

This is mine in .22 guise.

I did a couple of HFT with it and once I realised that you had to hit the centre of the target to make it fall down I was totally satisfied with its performance.

Nice looking rifle.

we will start with targets and then move onto pests

Added a Deben Bipod this evening and picked up a decent case for it looking forward to tomorrow

The case is well padded so hopefully will protect it

I have a large selection of pellets in a variation of diameter my friend has an HW so trying some of his pellets as well.

I was using his today at work and he got me to shoot a pin like this

Image

at 20 yards and it was poked into the lid of a drinks bottle it took me 2 attempts so not to bad considering its been years since I had pulled trigger on one 20 yards not overly far but it was a start :)

Pellets are important as may take you a while to find one you like. Dome heads are nice for me, pointed not so much.
RWS is my preferred brand, they're really well made.

This was a single shot

This was a 14 shot grouping

Lot more practice need but I'm well happy with how the HW100 fired a good choice :)

This offers a better perspective

Short answer, no idea. Never bothered looking it up.

Bought it off a friend who uprated the spring and now i have pellets capable of going through walls.....lol

but the recoil kicks like a mule.

That is now clased as an FAC air rifle and requires a fire arm licence as it will be over 12ft/lbs and is highly illegal to own unless you have a firearms licence and will result in prison or a massive fine.

My best advice to you is take it to your nearest gun shop and call to arrange to take it so it's booked in and get it put on the chronograph and the power altered to sub 12ft/lbs however should you get stopped with it and the power checked I'm not sure where you would stand as technically it's illegal for you to be in possession of it.
