any one else not done up the top off the oil can up and put it in the boot then driven home?

well i have! and its bloody annoying.

at first i saw a patch underneeth the car..thought it was petrol!

then it looked to gloupy to be petrol so i had instant heat attack thinking it was something major..then i realised what had happend!

annoying but in the same time slightly relived.

did it on a crappy astra I had 2 years back..heard something fall off the car to get home and find i'd lost it on a dual carriageway lol

scrappers 2 mins from home sorted me with another

took an engine home in a hire van, only to find half way back it had lent over an dropped a couple litres of dirty sump oil all over the back the van.

had the same where the fecks that coming from 2 seconds when i got out to oil dribbling out the drain holes.
