220 nolathane engine mounts

Post by tonyrally »

just making enquiries at the moment would anyone be interested in a set dependant on price?

i would need a set of your old mountings to be reconditioned
as most of you will know the standard mountings for the 220 are a small fortune for what they are.

just waiting on a reply if not will give them a call monday Image

anyone who may be interested post your names below thanks tony

I already have polybushed stabilisers but I'd be interested in the front, rear and cambelt mounts :)

1. ttrw2 (Rob) - possibly two sets (I have olds).
2. agw_01 - Mounts only, no stabilisers

Now that they have settled, the extra vibration isnt really noticable any more.

I am surpised you guys dont have a company like this in the UK?

Why not save on postage? ... the only mounts you need are the 3 rubber ones that the engine sits on and the lower alloy gearbox mount/insert and they shouldn't need the alloy arm in exchange because the bush simply presses in and out.

Mark @ silverstormai can get the rest of the mounts. The only other one I see still missing is the small dogbone bush which I think moto-build now supply.

Hi mate i contacted them a while ago and it was between £50-60 to do one of you main engine ones so that better than half price of a genuine new one and its better :D
