Could you price up a clutch kit for an 800 vitty with a T16 in it as I suspect mine is on it's way out as i have quite a bit of slip at full boost.

Well potentially I will be coming over, depends if I can narrow down what the issue is. Booted it the other day and the revs went up but the speed didn't and when I stopped the car stank of clutch so I am guessing its on it's way out as the car seems to stop pulling when it hits full boost.

I should be ok for parts mate, I have a slight knocking when turning right from the N/S, can
hear it but can't feel it, been told its probably my CV joint but to just pack it with grease
with the new Gaitors I got as its the N/S one thats going.

I have to fit the following.

N/S and O/S CV Boots and Reluctor Rings
Fit new Anti Roll Bar bolts and bushes
Fit the O/S front and rear Brake Pipes
Fit rear cylinders and shoes

Got ALL the bits, will only need the ramp for the pipes, rest can be done on the deck
i'll bring my own jacks and ramps to finish tother jobs, mtechstevo is confirmed as coming
too so theres and extra spanner monkey for the day, oh and the BBQ will be coming too. :D

Seeing as we are on the calm side of the northwest meet i'm quite happy how it went and more importantly happy to do another one.

The unit is available daily for anyone else to use from £35 a day anyway of you need something done.

What i was thinking for the next one is maybe having trophies for best car at the event (mine excluded because we know i'll win every time) and top man of the day and say throw £5 in from anyone having work done to cover costs of lighting, cleaning products and disposing of the millions of coffee cups, OMG!

And to tie in with my own projects making it a once a quarter event so there is plenty of time to plan, get parts ordered and generally make it a little more organised than it was as i don't feel i got a chance to have a decent chat with everyone.

Your thoughts?
