EDIT: The stand space is confirmed, the track tickets will be dealt with when Maria is back from holiday on the 15th. I'm trying to get 5 of the track passes all in the same session, as late in the morning as possible (hopefully between 11 and 12), and then my second pass for early afternoon. That way hopefully none of us have to get up too early

Another little update, apparantly its looking like a cracking Summer Action Day, and sponsored by Forge aswell. Seems to be 74 different clubs so far, with over 1100 cars between them! I hope this doesn't mean it'll be like the last one, with every other car being a Subaru

Got all the passes now, so I'll be posting these out in due course

I've been sent 2 extra track passes by error (and presumably being charged for them aswell), both for the 11am session - any takers before I sell these on elsewhere or get them refunded?

I'm gutted. Would have loved to have gone.

Toy car only 15 minutes round the corner getting it's suspension torn apart and set up correctly. Won't know until nearer the date it it would have been ready or not.

Would have been ideal for testing the handling.

Let me know ASAP if you can make it and I'll see what I can do with regard to entry/track time. At this point I don't think entry or track time will be any cheaper than getting it all then and there on the day, but let me know if you do intend on coming along and I'll arrange something - at least then you can park on the stand and not have to park 2 miles away like Joe Public

Bit of an update - I shall be posting off everyones tickets and passes after lunch today, so please let me know either in this thread or by PM when your tickets arrive. I've taken note of all the ticket numbers in case anything gets lost, so hopefully should be able to sort things out with ease if anything happens.

Ade - I've posted you 7 entry tickets and the three track passes for 11am. I'm sending back the extra 2 track passes to get them changed to other (later) sessions, so I'll keep you posted on that.

TBH I don't think the car will be ready for the 10th. If it is, it will be cutting very fine time scale wise and possibly at the last minute.

Sorry to be thick but i assumed we were gathering on a stand (B15) and it would be necessary to arrange vehicles etc.

Gates open 8 I think, and to the public around 9ish iirc. You just drive to the stand entrance, show your tickets, drive to the stand and park up
