Castle Combe Summer Action Day - Sat 10th September 2011

Just had an email through from Castle Combe, seems its that time of year again!

Big display of a variety of different cars from various different clubs/groups, a few trade stands, and of course track sessions all day (with a few drift display sessions I'd imagine).

Any takers for another stand/track time?

How are you going to get an advantage over the other cars on track then? Overfill the engine oil and loosen off a breather hose?

Last time it was a few quid for the entry ticket (mainly to cover postage) and somewhere between £21-25 for a track session. Track ticket cost will depend on how many people want it, as there are ticket packages that include track passes and ones that do not.

Track time can still be bought seperately/directly from Combe up to a couple of weeks before the event, but the price goes up by £5 within a certain amount of time from the even and availability obviously goes down. If there are any left over you could buy it on the day, and theres typically people selling on their own track time when things go wrong, like for example coolant from another car ends up on track and your scoobaroo goes spinning...

Amended the number of tickets.
Think i'll wait and see on the track time. My luck isn't that good with the FDH so until its all A1 I'd better not commit to giving it a good thrashing.
