Ok, due to unforseen circumstances, which only came to light today i may have to move the date of the meet. I need to see if this is ok with all before i do it. We can still do the Sunday, but it will be difficult.

So heres the options;

We CAN stay on the Sunday but the place will be wall to wall and booked out solid

We Could move it to the day before, saturday eve- same time. BUT it will be the evening of Japfest at Castle coombe- could be a nice meet after the event, but i dont know if people would be up for it

Or, we could do it the week after, on Saturday the 27th.

Let me know ASAP

voted for the 27th too. itl be the weekend before i start at my job for summer again so il be quite excitable lol.

Just so you all know if you didn't already, that weekend is a Bank Holiday

Sunday 28th for me please. Got a prior engagement on the Saturday.

I don't mind doing sunday 28th if it means a few more people can make it. Just as long as I know a couple of days in advance at least!

i picked the 27th, spose the 28th as its the BH might be better..

i will be on holiday this weekend, so its all good for me..

i completly forgot about the sunday, with it being a bank hol on monday.... being painful, wqould people prefer the sunday? You will have to put up with a live band after 9pm?

I'm off on hols on the 27th for a week... so cant do then.

28th is good for me i love live music (what kind of music?)
