The fact it is only half full is neither here nor there TBH (are you doing it off weight or pressure? If the latter it isn't 'half full') as it's about £6 per lb to fill anyway.

Assuming you're selling a 10lb bottle and it contains 5lbs of gas, probably £60-80

To be honest I'd not want to pay any more for a half full bottle than an empty one but that's me, you don't know what gas it is.
