this is the third year of this running, which is dedicated to the life of Dominic Hopkins, when the the meet first started we had a great response with 30+ cars, hopefully again this year i'm hoping for another big response. It's a good All day event such as a little photo shoot, a BBQ. There is also a park near so if anyone has any children there is something to keep them occupied :)
Well i hope to see you there, if people can start putting they're names down that would be great :)

thank you Jamo

Hi there from Mountain ash near Aberdare. Hope to make it down there in my 214 sei. Just about finished it , couple of little things I want to do later this year. My old man said he will pop down with the sterling coupe if you need to make the numbers up. He is reponsable for most of the mods on my car. heres a pic just after paint, its nightfire red, with focus st gold pearl laquer with red holographic and standard laquer on top. ( have since fitted my 17s lol)

Hi to everyone who made the meet, hope it went well. Sorry me and my son couldnt make it. I was low on petrol and couldnt get any and my son had to make sure he had some for work. Hope to make the next one, Cheers Bren and Jay.

Slightly off topic, I was down Llandow way about two weeks ago and met a friend of mine (Port Talbot man), who now lives in Llangeinor. First time I've seen the hills around Bridgend/Maesteg, having just M4-ed it to Llandow before. Fabulous scenery - I'm going back in July for some mountain biking!! :)

Great stuff, was looking at the scenery yesterday having driven from Charente on Saturday and going to Le Mans; always gives me the "welcome home" feeling. I can't claim Maesteg as being too local; spent an awful lot of time there though with the missus ;) Southerndown and Ogmore-by-Sea are more my thing, fatanstically beautiful with twisty 60 zone roads - not ideal for pushbikes of course, but you could have some fun on your way there! :D

What was the meet like chaps?
Was tempted but the Maestro is long away from being road-ready, so Roverless, and was indulging in a spot of French :)
Link-road Specialist - Now with added fist-waving anger!

if you like mountain biking there a down hill course called the dragon down hill. its accross the valley from my rear garden so we ca see them flying down there. i believe it has been used for national competition once a year. there is always somone using it though. looks absolutley mental.
