Scottish meet?

Post by Dave_ZS »

Ok guys here's the plan, its been a looooong time since we actually had a meet that worked out so I thought I would get the ball rolling. This is what I've come up with:

Date - October some point ( a Sunday tends to be best for folk) to give everyone time to see if they are working or may have other commitments etc.

Location - been thinking of some and been trying to think of somewhere new/different/not been done. There's a nice big car park in a wee town called Luss about 30 mins from me (about and hour west from Glasgow) its a good drive and some nice roads about aswell.

As I said its only a thought just now but if anyone has any other ideas for a location/date etc. feel free to suggest it :)

Besides, I think it time we showed the rest of them how we do a meet properly :nyah:

Discuss :)

Sounds good to me.

That's why I started this thread to to get the ball rolling for everyone to throw some ideas about. I can't make anything this month due to preparing for movin house at the end if the month.

Hopefully i'm wrong but this meet doesn't sound promising, early on the responses are positive but they've dried up!

I had full intentions if organising a meet but I have a lot on my plate this month and can't commit to sorting one. Hence why I turned it into an "open discussion" if you like to see if something could be arranged. Can't say I didn't try
