do you have pics of the Red and clear Red so i can compare... i know that is so incredibly anal but it's a show car so i want everything to be perfect :D lol
Adam, have you seen the pictures on page1? That is my set which were clear green, under the pictures is a colour comparison chart which should give you a rough idea - but basically as stef says, a "clear" colour means you can partly see through it to the stainless braid underneath, where as a solid colour is completely opaque.

One final point I should make is the brembodge lines are for the mk2 200, not the mk3/zr/bubble shape - I think it should be possible to make these too, but please bear that in mind and be specific as to what you need.

Can I just stress to everybody to check the tabulated list I posted above and check your order - this is the one I will be using regardless of what has been posted in the thread, otherwise it gets too confusing - so if I have made a mistake please let me know before we order!

I will be closing the group buy tonight and organising the orders tomorrow. Last bump for anybody wanting these.

Where do I send payment Jon? I am happy to send the higher amount and if it's less you can refund if needed?

Having been in your position before I found most people didn't come up with the goods.

Money here waiting when you need it.

** Group buy is now closed **

I will be in touch with everybody with your order totals very shortly, starting with all the non custom lines. I am just confirming some minor details with the supplier on the brembodge custom lines before we go ahead with the order.

Thank you all for your participation.

No, it wasn't included on the paypal transfer, why wait :? - send it now so I can print out your labels.

Just a reminder to everybody else, please make sure you include your forum username and address on the paypal transfer or PM it to me, so I can work out who has paid and where to send the kit too!

Also a free bump to anybody who is outstanding on payment, I would like to try and get the order in Mon/Tues so please get the money to me ASAP - sooner we pay, sooner they can be dispatched!

Thanks guys.

Just to update, I have been waiting on a few people to get payment across which has held up the group buy.

I think most people have now paid, so in fairness to those that have already been waiting I will be ordering from this afternoon I'm afraid anybody that hasn't paid by then will be removed from the group buy.

Hi Jon, just wondering how long these usually take to be made up and shipped out? Only asking as I've got a weepy hose and it'll help me to decide whether to replace it with a spare in the meantime.

Cheers,
Matt

I must give credit where it is due, that's a fantastic payment ratio from a forum group buy.

Thanks again Jon. No hurry for mine, it can add to the mountain of bits for mine that I am generally not motivated enough to fit.

Just an update,

Everything has now been finalised, money sent, custom hose drawing supplied and hoses are now going into production. They are currently unable to give me a firm ETA as they are very busy, but they have said they will be prioritising our order due to its size.

This was much the same situation as last time, so nothing really to worry about - I will keep an eye on things and contact them in a few days to see how they are progressing.

Just for the record we are doing the order in two halves, the off the shelf hose kits being made first and dispatched along with one custom brembodge hose kit which will be test fitted before and checked fully before the remaining custom hose kits are made. These will be posted on separately. Should any adjustments be necessary to ensure a proper fit, they will be made before the remaining kits are manufactured.

Hopefully won't be too long now before I'm annoying the post office again

Just a quick update, they should be finished making them by Saturday, and will be with me sometime next week.

I'll be checking them and dispatching them as soon as they land, so depending on how soon they get them out to me you should be able to expect them late next week.

I'll update if there are any changes.

I'm now back home, and just trawling through my emails and catching up on things. I've had no contact from the supplier, so I gave them a bell for an update this morning:

Good and bad news.

The bulk of the kits have been completed and are being posted off today, so I should have them shortly.

The 800 lines are delayed because they are waiting on a delivery of the funky block fitting, however they have had to order them in for another project so they are expecting delivery by the end of the week.

The custom lines they have decided to go for the proper pug 406 fitting on the caliper end to make a better solution and are also waiting for these to come in.

So I am told now that the 800 and Tom's custom hoses should come through next week.

In anycase when i get the ones they have made, I will post them off straight away and cross the names off the list, so we can keep track of whose got what.

I can only apologise to anybody waiting on a set, they were much quicker last time!

This isn't a long wait for a mish-mash of custom hoses IMO...

No problem on the 800 bits for me. I was wondering what they'd do about the block thingy...
