Powder-coaters turned the brackets around quicktime for us, so this afternoon I've preassembled with bolts as it's my last check that everything's OK. It is and we're good to go!
I'll drop you all a PM over the course of the next week with tracking info for the couriers - I'm sending them out two kits at a time.
The Roversport wheels are race wheels designed to clear big brakes, the vast majority of 16" road wheels are not and will not physically clear the big brake set up.
In my experience 16" tyres tend to be more expensive than 17" because they are less common, unless you go for weird sizes that mess up the speedo reading. I once went for 195/45/16's which just about worked and were really cheap as a Toyo T1R for some reason, but they were only any good on a torque-less K series NASP, on a ZS 180 as a temp measure they were useless and had no grip because they were too small and narrow.

I believe they were mk1 RS focus disc that were modified to suit. Contact Andy Cowen @ C&C Engineering as i think he did the machine work, sure andy could supply you with a better solution to the heavy steel discs if money can stretch . Or find a local shop to alter them for you.

Yes you are right Rob (ttrw2) has confirmed me that they are from Focus RS mkI. I will try to find a workshop that does it here in Basque Country in Spain. Other wise I will have to contact Andy Cowen. Thanks!!
