It should have the half leather Recaro seats.

Hmmm looks like someones had the Recaros out and stuck boggo standard Si seats in, plus I wouldn't pay that much for it, mine set me back £400 :D :D

Should have these in it!

Those are SLI seats, I'd be very wary considering someones had the seats out of it, don't know what else has been chuffed about with.
Thats not usual FSH Rover owner activity.

At 70 odd K the seats shouldn't have been torn or dry, so that excuse for swapping the seats wouldn't ring true.

Look elsewhere at that price too.

Only thing I can think off is that they were a bit to sporty for the old duffer that owned it :?

Mind George, the reason I said Si is they have the piping on them and wasn't the SLi dropped from the range at the facelift, leaving just Si, Vitesse and Sterling, or is that my senality creeping up on me again

You could be right about the seat trim, pre 96 the Si seats are those horrible things with stripes.

I ignore the post 96 stuff, not enough of them in the breakers to do any proper research anyway.

Vitesse:
16" alloys
180bhp

Vitesse Sport:
17" alloys
200bhp

Those are the most noticeable differences. I think the Vitty Sport also has better suspension.

Post '96 are just called Vitesse, but have Vitesse Sport spec, IIRC.
