will wheels off a mk3 golf 4stud fit my rover 216gti?

Should do yes. Centre bore is 1mm too large though, so you could shim them.

o i get you will this make much of a problem? which one is bigger the vw or rover. so a rover wheel wudent fit a vdub but a vdub will fit a rover?

VW is 57, Rover is 56.

No idea if it'll be a problem or not, so I can't comment on that.

at just 1mm it should be to much of a problem. just means that the wheel wont be a snug fit on the centre of the hub. With most wheels though (by this i mean aftermarket) they use a plastic washer which presses into the centre bore to make it the right size so it would just be a case of swapping this.
