fit Audi TT engine (mounts now done),
map engine on Pectel T2,
fit Brembo 4 pots with 330mm discs (ready in one week),
fit Discs on rear (bought and waiting),
fit electric p.a.s.,

Metro is for sale mate, this is his new venture.steb9780 wrote:Is that the engine that he was putting into the Metro??
Has he give up on that project then??
Or has he just got a few TT engines lying around. Should be a great track car.

The TT engine was going in a green metro, which I think was stated as being a test mule.
Just wondering if the Metro project has been scratched, that's all.
The 200 project is still excellent.

Cool, this could be interesting, those TT engines are meant to be good for some high power. Are they planning on going 4wd with it?

It's been a while since my last update but all the special parts are now made and other than painting the bulkhead it's ready to put back together...
The bulkhead modified to accept the modded bias pedal box

electric power steering

Rover alternator on Audi engine

Adaptor plate Audi engine to Rover gearbox

Clutch plate

clutch cover (anyone know what wording has been ground off it?)

Rover sized flwheel with Audi bolt pattern

New spherical bearing top mounts made and Leda strut

Adjustable TCA

Will bolt it all together over Christmas..
