Might have to give up the 200 :(

Post by Hughes_16 »

Just isnt big enough with having a baby, pram doesnt fit in the boot and has to go on the back seat, so passengers are a no go

Been offered a S-reg nissan primera 1.6Sri for a good price so its been considered.

If its bought, i will return to the land of rovers eventually.

Tried the pram in a friends old mans 400, one wheel sticks out the boot. GF wont buy a smaller pram.

Fits fine in a primera

Pram is only used for such a short time, forget anything with a boot to be honest, if it won't go in a hatch it won't get in a boot either.

Must be a big pram, the boot isn't too small on a 200 really, have you investiagted removing the parcel shelf and storing it upright on it's side.
I am doing a sponsored bike ride in September this year, from Dublin to Cork. I am raising the money for SCOPE.

I would be very grateful if you would considering visiting my JustGivingweb page and sponsoring me.

My niece's pram fits in the boot of the ti quite easily. Is it a rather large pram?

Who wears the boots?!?!

I wouldn't have any of it. If the pram didn't fit in my car, it would be time for a new pram, not time for a new car! I can't believe ive just read what i have.

Blimy it must be big, we used to be able to get ours in the boot of my old 200 coupe! and you know how crap the boot is on them!

I know what you mean! the boot on the 800 is massive.
I can get everything the kids need for a night stopping at my mum & dads in it which includes:

Travel cot, mattress for travel cot, blow up ready bed, baby bath, baby rocking seat ( can fit in without dismanteling!), big bag with nappies etc & stair gate!
All fit in the boot nicely.

That would be two trips worth in the coupe.
