Just dont get it. Not my sort of game i guess. I prefer FPS games, on the PC, which does them best. Same with GT, never saw the point and found it incredibly boring.

I just popped by on the way to work this morning at about 7:20 and picked up a copy. I think they'd sold out of PS3 versions, but mines on the 360 so I was ok :)

We reasoned that there aren't any other decent games on the PS3 so they'd prob sell out quick :P

Anyway, got my copy sat in my drawer at work, cant wait til this evening, I'm just itching to play it. Atleast 2 blokes at work have the day off today specifically to play it.
That nice of him. :|

He turned up and saw the queue with about 150 people in it, went to turn round and go home when a mate called out to him, who was halfway along the queue, so he joined him. Cheeky, but I'd have done it as standing round for 1.5hrs at that time of night doesn't appeal, hence I just bought it this morning, lol

Got my copy in the post and what can I say........AWESOME!!!! :D First truely next gen game IMO.

The little touches are awazing, the way people try to hold onto the car when you drive away. Hit a post a full speed and you fly through the window. I can't say I've seen pedestrian that looks the same yet. Also I was expecting pop up and some slow down. So far not a sign of either. Seems to be running at a solid 30 fps

Well I've done it. :o

Ordered an Xbox 360 Premium with GTA4 from play.com, using voucher code "experience08" which gives £10 off, making it a bargain £189.99 :)

Only problem is that bundle isn't released until Friday... I'm hoping they deliver early, but to be realistic I don't expect to get it until next week. :(

I also bought a few games off eBay... PGR4, Forza2, Assassin's Creed, Oblivion and Bioshock... total cost, just over £80 including postage :)

good games but you NEED COD 4 and just expereince Halo 3. And Mass effect- utterly incredible game. You can't play it the same way twice AND each attempt can take upto 150 hours to complete AND they have released new missions.

Well, I already have COD4 for the PC.. Halo on the original Xbox didn't really impress me, although everyone raved about it. But I'll certainly add Mass Effect to my list for future purchase, as it does look interesting.

Well played GTA last night and what an awesome game. Went and got drunk with Roman, screen goes all blury and you cant stand up. He told me to take a cab home but i thought sod it and tried to drive. Got 100 yards down the road and crashed into a car and got nicked by old bill for drink driving. So realistic. :D

Did the same, cops gave chase eventually the car was about to explode, so i legged it on foot and found another car. Managed to get away only to get a phonecall from Roman, asking if i could pick him up from the hospital lol.

Does anyone know where all the sports bikes are? I keep on looking for bikes and never seem to be able to find any! I found a cruiser/chopper thing once, but that's it.

So far I think the graphics, the extra features and everything is great, only problem is I find sometimes you end up driving about wondering what to do, you really have to seek out the missions, maybe it'll get a bit busier later on. Plus I spent ages looking for a place to buy food, had to dig out the paper map in the end, places to eat aren't anywhere near as easy to find as in previous games, nor are weapons and stuff.

I think the bikes will be in other cities as you unlock them like the old games. As new area's unlock new cars unlock aswell.
