To be fair it's probably quite easy to do.

I've walked out the supermarket before, stood there and couldn't figure which car I even drove there in let alone where I parked it.

I've also ridden my bike to work before, gone out to go to the shops at lunch and gone 'where the hell is my car?', then after 10 secs or so with a racign heartbeat remembered I went in on the bike.
