Muliti-Forum Meet Up- Donnington Saturday 4th April 2009

Why not Try a Multi Forum Meet up like at Donnington 2008 we had a great turn out with over 100+ Cars and with the help of the MGCC we got discounted Tickets, infield Parking At Redgate and a 2 Parade Laps in the interval, we had Event T-Shirts Printed up with the Help of Jez (penfold118) with the whole Championship on the Back and Lunar Racing who we were supporting and the MG logo on the front they were really Smart and great quality. if anyones interested as i'm a member on all MG/Rover forums and the MGCC and sorted it out last year with help of a few others, i don't mind having another crack at it and posting it on all the forums and if anyones interested in helping out even better. i will try and get event times etc....

last year they were £12.00 discounted through the MGCC who are having a Commitee Meeting Monday 19th January regarding the Multi- Forum Meet up, so as soon as i know what the outcome of there Meeting i will post it on all Forums invited.

i've spoken to the General Manager of the MGCC regarding The Multi Forum Event and are fully behind what is going on and will support us all the way, i am awaiting a phone call from him regarding all the details of what will happen on the day, they are going to speak to Donnington regarding Parking etc and if like last year wecan get infield parking, then as 2008 the security on the gates will on arrival tell you were to go, but as soon as things regarding the Multi forum Meet 2009 are sorted with the MGCC, it will be posted on all forums involved, hope this answers any questions

Right had a phone call monday from the MGCC, there now awaiting for Donington to come back to them with ticket prices and as soon as they know will let me know and i will add a link for them, also there will be no infield parking this year due to work ongoing at Donny for the 2010 F1 season, but the MGCC are doing there best to come up with an alternative, but as soon as i know anything i will post it up... Donington opens around 8.30am with warm up laps starting around 9.00am, this year once again under 15 years of age get in free...

What time are most people arriving?
and are there parade laps this year and do i need to book this in advance :
Drove round here loads on trackdays great track, i can vouch for a great day out for all.
